Thank you for choosing McNicholson Group for your racing track days and coaching experience. Before making a booking, please carefully read our terms and conditions. By purchasing a digital ticket and participating in our events, you agree to comply with these terms.

McNicholson Group operates exclusive track day experiences at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. The vehicles used for these events are either owned by McNicholson Group or leased from third-party owners. While we strive to ensure that the specific vehicle you have selected is available on the day of your booking, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to mechanical issues, operational constraints, or third-party supplier availability, may require us to substitute the vehicle with an alternative of similar performance and category.

McNicholson Group reserves the right to substitute any booked vehicle with a comparable model or one of similar performance. In the event a comparable vehicle is unavailable, McNicholson Group may provide an alternative car at its discretion. No compensation, refund, or discount will be offered as long as the replacement vehicle is deemed to be of a comparable or higher specification.

McNicholson Group does not guarantee the availability of specific models on the day of your booking. Vehicle availability may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as maintenance, safety inspections, third-party leasing agreements, or force majeure events.

In the event of mechanical failure or other issues impacting vehicle performance, McNicholson Group will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. However, delays or cancellations resulting from mechanical problems, weather conditions, or other operational disruptions do not entitle the participant to a refund or any form of compensation unless determined otherwise at the sole discretion of McNicholson Group.

All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by McNicholson Group and the Yas Marina Circuit staff. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to reckless driving, failure to follow instructions, or violation of track rules may result in additional charges to the participant for repair costs or replacement fees.

McNicholson Group shall not be held liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations under these terms due to events outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, government regulations, or pandemics. In such cases, McNicholson Group will work to reschedule the event or provide alternative arrangements where possible, but no refund or compensation will be offered unless otherwise specified.

Booking Process: Customers can book a track day experience through our website, selecting from our collection of exceptional, historic, and competition cars.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. Upon successful payment, you will receive a digital ticket via email, which will serve as your proof of purchase and entry pass for the track day.

Digital Ticket: Your digital ticket is unique to your booking and is non-transferable. Please present this ticket upon arrival at the track.
Car Selection: The car selected during booking is reserved for your track day experience. Any changes to the selected car must be communicated and approved by McNicholson Group at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled track day. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a refund request.
Rescheduling: In lieu of a refund, you may opt to reschedule your track day experience to a future date, subject to availability and approval by McNicholson Group.

Driver Requirements: All participants must hold a valid driver’s license. Participants may be required to present their license upon arrival.
Safety Gear: Appropriate safety gear, including helmets, must be worn at all times while on the track. McNicholson Group provides safety gear, but you may also use your own, subject to inspection and approval.
Compliance with Rules: Participants must adhere to all track rules and instructions provided by McNicholson Group staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the track day experience without a refund.

Liability Waiver: Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before taking part in any track day activities. McNicholson Group is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
Insurance: McNicholson Group maintains insurance coverage for its vehicles and events. Personal accident insurance is not included, and participants are advised to secure their own coverage.

Event Changes: McNicholson Group reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, car availability, or other aspects of the track day experience due to unforeseen circumstances.
Event Cancellation: In the rare event that McNicholson Group needs to cancel an event, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date.

Personal Information: McNicholson Group collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By booking a track day experience, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
